The app work only once. I made an order and the order was processed and received. The pizza arrive, but the order didn't end. It says that the order is still being cooked and since you can only have one ongoing order, the app just don't work anymore. I tried contacting customer service and they say that the order is already done on their side and that they can't do anything. So the app is now useless for me

went to order delivery only to get hit by "not delivering at this time please choose another time or date" without any information when can the restaurant is available for delivery. if you want to order in odd hours you better go with domino

Not going any better. Just upgraded a while ago, hoping my issue would be fixed. My last order's status still 'on delivery'. It was made on last promo on 17th August 2019. It failed to deliver on time when i was having guests in my home. Payment has been made but no points added to my account even though i got my order in the 'next day', because they said i can't cancel the order. No compensations either.

Took me couple of times to finally get my order, the 1 time it just froze every time i click on the pay button and there's a pop up notification that said combo isnt exist at this time, blocked, cannot redeem coupon when i wasnt even used a coupon and the combo still available bcs on my 3rd attempt i finally can proceed to the payment. Also the 1st attempt was cancelled by the app after the froze when i click pay it just cancel itself(?), the 2nd order just gone after the froze when i click pay.

This app is the worst! I just ordered for delivery because it's freaking raining here and I already input my address etc. Then my order just automatically changed to takeaway WITHOUT any information and confirmation. And the best part is, I can't cancel the order. I've asked their costumer service about this issue and they are NOT helping at all! What a freaking joke! 0 star for the app and costumer service. Unninstalled.
