Casting function just does not work. Once I start casting I have to stay with the app open and the game playing on my phone for the cast stream to work which defeats the purpose of casting. Tried casting to three different devices (TV, older google chromecast, and google streamer) with no success. No app as of yet for Google streamer or TVs

It is the most difficult cricket app to navigate and needs to be more interactive. I prefer cricinfo, it is easier to use. Even worse than before.

I miss the option in the app where you can watch highlights by going to certain events. Like if we wanted to see CWC 2011 highlights, they have a whole section to see the history. I need that update back.

UPDATE: Logged out, back in numerous times, shut app, reopened etc, and like magic the tickets just appeared. Someone fixed something, and quickly thankfully. ### Still no tickets...got email from MCC to go and find tickets, but they don't appear. FAQ is garbage saying I must have used a different email, which is incorrect as Im reviewing my order summary - no other options to seek help!

Working, only took a week, but thank you for whatever you have done to fix it. installed and subsequently uninstalled several times over days. Simply won't open, just get the front page and I have no access to my Lords tickets. Tried permissions and other suggestions in Apps, my phone is above Android 7. please get this sorted.

App is poor. If you're going to force people to use an app to access tickets purchased, at least make it easier to use. I bought tickets for the Test Championship at Lord's & the app says the tickets are there. When I try to view them - which is presumably what I will need to access the stadium - they do not appear. Instead, I get a screen that says 'swipe to view more tickets' which doesn't work. Very frustrating. There's some smallprint that says wait up to 48 hours.. really?
