Just started playing, and it's not that bad. The match 3 is exactly like the one in family hotel. There are so many "offers" that get shoved in your face every few minutes, and it's annoying. In short, it's 'family hotel reimagined.' It's graphics and whole feel is exactly like all the games that have been released recently: gossip harbour, etc. I just wish we'd get a more original and exciting game.

Way too many ads. Don't say free above the prizes I don't have to pay for if I have to watch an ad for every single one. It literally keeps telling me no ads available after a while because you want me to watch so many. Otherwise, it's a cute game though. Edit: Something else I noticed is that it introduced new mechanics and then explains how they work in later levels. They are easy enough to figure out it's just odd how that keeps happening.

I like the game. The makeover and decorating is fun and the storyline is cute. But...the levels are too hard. They require watching way too many videos for extra moves. And you know what? Sometimes I'm willing. Except 90% of the time they won't play. I just keep getting error msgs. If you want me to watch your ads you should at least make sure they work.

I really like the decorating part of this game and the puzzle part is good too. The main reason I didn't give 5 stars is because i think it takes way too many coins to do lame tasks. Certain levels take a long time to beat, so it's annoying to finally earn the coins just to use them for something boring. Other than that, the game runs smoothly, the puzzles are fun yet challenging and the decorating is cute.

I absolutely love this game! It has everything I like and the graphics are good too!! I would give it 5 stars but sometimes I have issues like when I go to pay stars for (let's just say) to get a new table it freezes so I have to exit out. I also find that the 3rd option having to watch a video for irritating expecially since most of the time it doesn't even let me watch a video lol. I really do love this game though overall. I also like how this is played vertically rather than horizontally.

I enjoy the game, and I got to lvl 134, but it is absolutely impossible to pass it without paying money. There's not enough moves, and the fact to get more moves it costs 900 gems?? Seriously? That's ridiculous. I really was enjoying the game, but I'm not about to waste money on a game that has unreasonable pricing and traps you behind a paywall.. it's a shame, the game is pretty fun. You guys should seriously lower the amount of gems required to continue playing with added moves 😮💨
