Had to change it 1 star! It's good to know the COMMON problems I'm seeing in the reviews, and the problems I'm having are not my own! If you are reading this and have not updated the app... DON'T DO IT! Login and logout issues are constantly throughout. You have to log in multiple times from the start. Location issues during game play (mine's keeps saying I can't play in New Jersey....I'm in MI!) Notice I said during...this is after I have already been playing! It's awful!!!

I don't know what happened, I was able to play in the beginning. I logged in and all of the sudden there was no history of my play and my deposit/withdrawal info had disappeared. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, still no info. The games I did get to play started to lag, freeze and I would get kicked out Not happy. Will be deleting the app permanently

Constant glitches. "Buffalo Wilds" glitched mid spin last night, sent a screen shot of my screen recorded attempt to play to "customer service", haven't heard back and the game is still down with an error. "Building Bucks" just froze, took my wager, and showed no history of the spin under my transactions, took my wager, though. I raved about this app in the past, never again. Customer and technical support are just disappointing as the app.

pa Pardon my frankness, but this app is an app-solute piece of cr-app. It always requires multiple attempts to login, and then if often tells me that my geolocator isn't working when it is. Furthermore, it always takes me to screens other than what I clicked on, and I mean ALWAYS! I also get bonuses on games that don't work, and then my bonuses expire. This app has also robbed me of my bonus for winnings twice in just the last week or two. Like I said, it is a piece of cr-app.

Been playing for a few years now, definitely has not been a good year, lost way more than I ever have 😟, and the system glitches now way too often even to where none of the games will load on the main screen, I have deleted and re-downloaded a few times just to get things to work again but it keeps happening.. And now very weak promotions can't tell you how many times I got the Same spot on the ricochet, i don't even. Know what the other rewards are for that lol. 2 stars maybe. sorry

The customer care team reached out to me because of this review and ask that I contact them. I am currently on hold for 43 minutes and counting. Even if you deposit 30 grand in a matter of weeks you will be lucky if they offer you 5 free spins at 10 cents per spin. This is absolutely the worst running app I have ever used. The customer service is poor. And the app doesn't work 30 to 50 percent of the time. I highly suggest you use a different gaming platform.
