DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Renewed my prestige subscription through the play store, and still can't see who viewed or liked me. Card was charged, but subscription not applied to my account. They also hide your profile from other members while your subscription is active, but when it expires, they push you out to all the members, and you will get 2,3,or 4 likes per day in order to get you to renew your paid subscription, and once you do, they hide you again till it expires.

Every time I start taking with someone, within 5-6 messages they just disappear. "This profile is unavailable, even to upgraded users". literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I don't understand how this keeps happening but it's made my experience one of the most frustrating of any dating app by FAR. I want my money back, to be honest. I'm sick of this, it's a waste of time.

it really sucks now. POF needs to get with the program! today's new high end phones don't have the ability to take 5.0 mb pictures for the profile. my pictures are all 26 MB and higher. I can't dumb them down that far. I also can't specify the ages I am looking for at all. POF decides for me. it takes away my choices. there are still too many fake profiles.

At least they got the name right: you'll find a fair number of things to be "plenty off-ish" with this app. From the excessive badgering for money, to the paywall that prevents you from even seeing who visited your page, which are most likely just bots, or more likely false leads that will magically vanish as soon as you pay to see who they are. The site was awful ten years ago, and now they've taken the enshitification to a whole new level. Highly demoralizing experience overall...

this app is nice because it gives you a lot of matches, but it seems like it's ALL about money. the main thing that got me to sign up for this in the first place was that it advertised a lot of FREE features. that's so far from the truth. you can't MESSAGE anyone that likes you without paying, you can't even SEE anyones profile that LIKES you. very frustrating. the one person I'm talking to, she's a paying member and she agrees with me and wants to delete the app for that reason

When I first signed up, I didn’t purchase prime and I was getting messages and interest left and right. But as soon as I upgraded to Prime, everything suddenly stopped. Once I canceled my subscription lo and behold I started getting tons of likes again. It really makes you wonder. Also, there seem to be a lot of profiles marked as “active” even though the people haven’t been on line for months 🤔
