The advertisement clearly stated "Get your first meal absolutely free!" This promise of a free meal is what prompted me to download the app. I went through the entire process of selecting a meal and was ready to place my order, expecting the final bill to be zero, as advertised. However, to my dismay, there was a mandatory "EatClub subscription fee" that I was required to pay. This fee was not mentioned anywhere in the initial advertisement. The final price, after this compulsory fee was added,

Terrible experience. My order was modified without my knowledge or consent, and I only found out after the delivery arrived. This is completely unacceptable for a food delivery service. If I’m paying for something, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered — not a surprise substitution. No apology or resolution from support either. Uninstalling.

I am giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. It is absolutely the worst. They take more than an hour to deliver the food, which by the time it reaches, is all cold and soggy. I tried complaining through the app customer care chat but they didn't respond there. I dialed their helpline number and waited for 10 minutes but nobody picked up. I even emailed them about it but no response.

the food and the app is actually really good but 3 times out of 4 when I open it, they're not delivering or their restaurants' are closed. I make up my mood to eat something and then the stupid restaurant's not taking any orders. Once it said the order will be delivered in 6 mins but I had to wait for half an hour cuz they couldn't assign a delivery driver for 30 mins. It has so much potential but the ridiculous amount of technical problems they have all the time makes it soo annoying.

I have gives 5 star to this app earlier. But now I am giving it 1. If there would be option of 0 or -1 I would have also given that. I have ordered food and even after 2 hrs it has not been delivered. And also their customer support didn't connect they put me just on waiting for 4 minutes and hang up after that. Worst experience I have ever had.

Whenever I open the app, they are always Sold Out. The branch near me needs expanding. But we cannot give a review. Nor can we change from which branch we order. Even after contacting you on the phone number, there has been no resolution. You guys need a better feedback mechanism, otherwise you may lose a very frequent Pro customer.
