This is very annoying for everyone. To extend the remaining data validity, one has to take the same package as before. Imagine if there was a package that was available at a lower price, with some data, and extended the validity by adding the remaining data. Another medium package was offered at a slightly lower price that would extend the validity by adding new data. Then the customer satisfaction would have been higher.

When I click "Change payment method," it says, "Couldn't retrieve recharge URL." What is this? Now I can't make online payments. Now I have tried to pay from my bank account via the EBL Skybanking app; they deducted my money, but the flexi load didn't happen in my number. This is the second time this has happened, and I also tried to contact gp, but no one is calling back. Very Unprofessional they had some serious issues with their app.

App is great but the company isn’t. They are always ready to suck money out of public's pocket. Among many other things, I'd highlight one thing that you are clever in a cheating way is the 'My Offer' section. When an user needs minutes, you give him GB offers by tracking his recent purchase history. And give them minutes when they need GB. It arouses a little bit of indignation. :)

The app's performance has declined significantly since the beginning of this year. It doesn't open at all. Even when I provide my number, it shows an error. Worst of all, it doesn't work without an internet connection. I need this app to buy internet, not the other way around. GP has become overly dependent on this app to the point that almost every feature is now exclusive to it. If the app goes down, there is no alternative, online or offline.

I have been using mygp for years now. But I never faced any problems. However, today I came across this certain problem. I recharged my account as usually before the ending time. But when I checked it, I found out my previous recharge miniute wasn't merged with the new recharged miniute. It wasn’t 1 min or 2 min, it was 99 min !!!!!!

App is useful but the company are not. I have reported an issue about 2/3 days ago but they didn't work on that. They are busy with their transection and purchase but they really don't have time for network update. When you are downloading anything they provide 5-10 Mbps but when you are gaming they do the same only for 1/2 minutes. Their network are not balanced. They need to update on that issue.
