I just downloaded it and wanted to try it. I bought a product worth 4500 TL. The system shows that the product was delivered to me but it has not been delivered yet. I still don't know where the cargo is. to place my order, the app wants me to confirm code on my phone number. I don't have that number anymore. I tried to change it in my account, SMS code does not come. I contacted live help, she said it came and then told me to read help articles. I am fully aware of how to receive an sms. it is not working and I can't place my order. I cannot change to email verification, nothing at all.

Great marketplace. Life savior. Especially for foreigners. Delivery services work excellent. Filter option is done poorly though. No data types is bad. Especially in cases when I need to find an item of certain size and you can't specify range like 55-60. You have to manually find and tick "56cm", "56 cm", "58.1", "0,57m". Terrible software flaw in my opinion making an app worse. Also back in 2022 had lots of problems and lost a lot of money with hepsipay. Avoid it like a plague.

I do not consent analytics, yet everytime i launch the app and go to my orders, it resets and asks me again, stop this bs

You can't use it if you're a foreigner, apparently. You are asked to provide the turkish ID number, and even if you are a resident in turkey, if you have a foreign ID number, it's considered invalid (if it starts with 99). This means that you won't be able to complete your order. This is absurd as you could order the same items from all the other online stores with no issues, so it feels like just racism. I'm uninstalling the app as I can't make orders anymore.
