All talk no results, they get active when they have to collect money but don't answer calls, msgs or mails. Not good for doctors, with no space to make any changes. They sell incorrect keywords just for the sake of sales and money but stop answering when you want any resolution. Very bad experience, please save your money.

Unprofessional team. High on Money! I wish I had the option to give Zero Stars but unfortunately that's not the case. The customer support is namesake for this app. Absolutely no regard to Doctors. They only respond to your emails when they think you are being a source of money for them. Once they understand that isn't the case, they'd keep the ticket open with no response. When you are about to join their app, they'll keep you calling endlessly. If you wish to quit, they'll keep you on hold.

🙏PLEASE DO NOT APOLOGIZE UNTIL IT'S RESOLVED🙏 It's 7 days, the Practo app is not functional. Customer service forwards a troubleshooting email after 72 hours of waiting.. Even after following the troubleshooting instructions, the same issue persists. Frustrated from waiting for service help. Can't access follow-ups, patient records, or appointments. I don't think PRACTO is still a reliable app.

One of the worst clinic management apps. No customer support, constant requests for additional payments, very limited options to mark dispute. Terrible experience, would never recommend it to any doctor. Needless to say, the clinic management software is also complicated and terrible.

As a doctor, it's disappointing to know they keep editing my profile on their own. have now even started picking calls in their call center on my behalf (posing from my office) which is handled so unprofessionally without even listening to the client's concerns or taking their names even, just to charge me the fee for that particular call lead. WITHOUT MY CONSENT. some days I find such money deducted and calls received. some days they change my fee published online or modes offered.

I am very disappointed with this app. it shows I am live on practo but my name is not shown on patient app. I am new to this app and I really don't understand who gives this kind of service to doctors. the agent comes behind us till we take subscription. after that they won't respond to our queries. I am tired of sorting out what kind of problem I am exactly facing. I really don't know if I am visible or not.
