Good concept of consultations online. However in case of cancellations or doctor absenteeism, the 'help' button redirects to the previous consultations, when clicked on the failed consultation, it redirects to the chat. When clicked on the 'help' from the chat, it again redirects to the list of previous consultations. Exhausting to claim a refund in case of doctors absence in a booked consultantation. There is no contact information on the app, to reach out to someone about this glitch.

Very bad UX. If they have discontinued their on call customer care service then it should be updated everywhere by replacing the numbers. As the chat mode is your primary support then make it easily accessible. Second, if they have updated the price of a service then that should be updated through out. Pricing on the portal, FAQ documents, even in the invoice is old and actually charged with a higher price. It's shady and not trustworthy. One positive thing, the support team listens and acts.

The location feature doesn't work properly. It only detects the current location correctly but I wish to book an appointment for my family members based upon their location , it is very difficult. For Gurgaon, key locations are not covered and the search results throw the clinics and hospitals far away from your place.

After booking an appointment and receiving a confirmation from Practo, doctors are either not available at the specified clinic or they are not available during the specified time slot. This happened twice. The availability of the doctor needs to be checked by Practo with either the doctor or the clinic before sending the confirmation to the customer. The app doesn't include an option to report such issues and the customer has to cancel the appointment because the doctor is not available.

Worst video consultant app ever. I was not able to upload files to the doctor either from the mobile web or the laptop. when i clicked on the consultation link sent to me by whatsapp, it doesn't open the app but only the mobile web site. then on the app, i joined early and it was a different window. later i exited the app and joined again and I was able to send images. really retarded app. There's no customer support. Clicking on help icon gives you FAQs and chatbot which are completely useless.

I made the payment but somehow they cancel the online Consultation saying the doctor they assigned is not available. Now they want me to pay again to book or i should say try to book a new appointment. For refund they it will take 5 to 7 working days. Total wast of time and money. How difficult is it just shift the amount i payed to make a new payment. And No support available. worst and experience.
