Description of what I gotta find is not exactly straight forward. Especially with Casey's. I thought it was easier but what they request are items that has to be made and shown to the cashier, there is no barcode for those. And when I do find any of the items, which was only one in Casey, it didn't have the same barcode. It was hard to find any items for hyvee or even price chopper. Whether it be the item itself or the item not having the same barcodes. Wasted an hour and 30 min finding items.

Love the app. Easy way to make some extra money. My one issue is the times it reloads items, particularly the Price Monitoring items. For example, I went to the grocery store and did several of them, but about 30 minutes after I left the store, about 10 more popped up that I could have gotten had those items reloaded at the same time as the others. There are also some tasks that will be there one minute, gone the next, then back on a couple minutes later.

Not Great, had several issues with th app not recognizing items,then I was unable to get credit for the item. Also I paid for the upgraded plan and just stopped using the app bc I was busy with other things. But! If you close your account you will not be able to reopen it even under a different email...what kind of nonsense is that??? Closing my account for sure..bad for business.

I like the idea of this app and it could be very helpful, but the products that are chosen for the 'find the product' section are impossible.. For example, there was this cake that had toppings and stuff to make it look pretty. They wanted me to take a pic of the bottom of this 27 ounce cake as if I could just flip it over. I can't flip a cake over Premise. Do better.

New review: 7/1/22. I've had this app for years and cashed out multiple times in the past. Used to be a great way to make a little extra cash. However, surveys are almost never available anymore and I just wasted a couple hours of my life trying to locate products in stores. I found numerous items *exactly* as described in the task with the only thing being different is the UPC code which prevents the task from being completed. Reaching out through the app accomplishes nothing so don't bother.

Terrible experience. Couldn't find any of the items in any of the stores I went to (and I thoroughly searched barcodes and products). Also item descriptions are given as jumble of abbreviations instead of you guys simply giving FULL name AND a photo. If you gave full name and photos of items, then product would be easier to find. Naming subcategory didn't help, either. Nobody wants to walk all over the store looking for stuff they can't even find. It's a waste of time. This app is useless.
