initial help was good, but the end support is absolutely rubbish. They have taken a loan to pay the bill as my insurance was reimbursement only...and now as I have received the reimbursement they are not picking up calls since day intentionally, no support. how to pay it back. It seems as though I have been scammed. Will keep trying to contact

The first follow up they do very quickly and takes the payment from the customer and deliveres the product one month later and no one takes care about the customer experience and satisfaction, they will charge additional for the better treatment but in initial days they will offer for complete treatment but they will not do the 100% to make money they will not takes care of 100%. Even I had reached out them multiple times it's been 3 months they not completed the treatment.😔

The initial help I received was good, but the end support has been absolutely terrible. The service provider took a loan to pay my bill as my insurance policy was reimbursement only. Now that I have received the reimbursement, they are not answering my calls intentionally and providing no support. I'm not sure how to pay back the loan, and it seems as though I have been scammed. I will continue to try and contact them.

Everything will go perfectly fine until you do any kind of surgery through this app after that you'll get neglected as hell even when you try to complaint about something also the doctors can vanish from the list of app as well so kindly dont use this app instead go for the personal reference.

So the worst experience, there is no connect between doctors and pristyn care staff.. More than twice the appointment was given and even the reminder was given before the appointment but still doctor wasn't available.
