Incomplete medical result no HBA1C for 3 months monitoring sugar, I paid for the medical report with incomplete data so expensive yet incomplete. The people who have been in our company purposely explain all this report are included yet missing in my report. No other option to complaint in the app and not easy to use. when you open it asking for credit card for payment. not really helpful.

I have never had to wait less than 30 minutes to speak to a doctor. Usually it is at least an hour. I'm not trying to speak to a particular doctor, just joining the general waiting list, which is supposed to be faster. Recently I tried a different online doctor app, and had to wait exactly zero minutes. Why would anyone use WhiteCoat?

review from 04/04/2023 - Medical reports or lab results can't be downloaded - There is no delete my profile option - A credit is enforced to be keyed before being able to browse through the apps or access previous medical reports - The medical report calls people obese based on the BMI. update from 29/08/2025 i can't login anymore through email/password or singpass. this app is really a pain. not worth it.

they tell me I'm next In line... for 30 whole minutes like OK my fault for not getting out of the line sure but I thought maybe doc is taking a toilet or water break but 30min?? and this app doesn't even tell us if it's bc of connection issue or anything just leaves us hanging bruh

The app is getting worse and worse. 1. often stuck in a queue with no indication of progress or if app has frozen. 2. After successfully reaching end of queue today, the video call was faulty. Could not see/hear the doctor, but only my own video.

Extremely slow. A simple consult with 3 people in queue takes nearly an hour!! Ridiculous. Always the case. Moving on to others
