Wife, grandkids, and I spent a couple days finding hearts. Scanned them all, checked in at them all, too. They all changed colors on the map. Opened the app the other day and most of them (a good 80%) are no longer marked as checked in and colored appropriately. Essentially, our work is lost. Seems like the app is quite buggy and not ready for prime time. Shame...now I don't know which ones we've seen without a bunch of work outside the app.

The 2024 version has a few issues, that unfortunately still haven't been resolved after reporting them. Mostly, the Progress Tracking on the main screen doesn't track properly. The map, and "seen" section are correct. That number isn't reflected accurately on the tracker and %. Deleting everything and adding them back manually only served to now have the tracker now say 0%. Less importantly, but still kinda annoying, you have to launch the "scan" twice.

I really like the map and the directions being available immediately. I had put 5 hearts on my WISHLIST and we went to see all of them on Saturday 3/26. I restarted the app, updated the app, and restarted again. Now I have only 3 showing as SEEN, and one I know I visited was the only think left on my WISHLIST. I noticed this because on the map of all, 3 were a different color and I know we've seen 9. Can this get fixed moving forward?

It loads when it wants. It needs an option of signing in and out. This way, we can keep track of hearts from previous years. Also if we lose or break a phone and have to get a new one we don't like our progress. I broke 2 phones in the last month and I lost all of my hearts. Right now it doesn't even have the hearts on the screen. It says 0 out of 000. I had to reinstall it, and now all I see is a white screen.....0 stars.

While the map on the app is great to have, I have found at least one heart that was not on the map. Now I'm wondering how many more hearts there are that are not on the map. Also, the app is not always checking in at the Heart whether done manually on the app or scanning the QR code. The heart will either stay black or change back to black when I reopen the app.

The first day it seemed to work pretty good and allow you to find various hearts. I haven't used it yet on a second day that some others seemed to have issues so we will see. I really wish it had an option to show you the close heart to your current location. If that option exists I haven't found it yet. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8.
