About this app
MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and dealerships.
All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Don't get the point of this app, half of my journies don't appear. It doesn't know when was the last service done, can't control any features of my C4. Can't change the currency for fuel. Defaults to GBP when one uses the app in English. If I want to know the total running of the car then I can always see it when I sit in the car. Seriously, whom does this app target.

All this app is good is keeping a track of your services, anything else it's useless, the older version of the app used to connect to your map through the car and you could see where you had been because it was shown through the map now all it gives you is the time it took for your journey, your fuel consumption, how many miles you have travelled. absolute rubbish.

The features are great. Timed charging and conditioning are so useful. However the implementation is awful. Getting the app working took two weeks of waiting whilst it decided that the car was active. Once it's working the app is so frustrating. Every action has a massive lag whilst it passes the command to the car and commands fail most of the time. You're likely to have to try everything 3 or 4 times until it eventually works.

Good Golly this is awful. I wanted 2 things from this app, charging status and range. Not only does it fail on BOTH, it can't keep track of where the car is, it keeps thinking the front door is open, most of the time it shows 2 lines of text over each other about the update status, and more often than not, the connection fails. This should be Bluetooth to the car so you can check it is charging as you walk away, that's all we need! I'm an IT guy, I know tech, this isn't tech. It's rubbish.

When it works it's really good; you can look at your charge progress, you can turn on the heating or air con before you get in. It's just a shame it only works 5% of the time. I've nearly worn my screen out scrolling down to "refresh" only to see the same incorrect information.

When it works, it's okay. But I doubt I'll pay for the features unless it gets a lot more reliable. It took a week before some of the features activated, takes ages to connect to get charging stats, has lost journey data, it never gives the kwh/100km data for the journey. So nothing I'd miss if I didn't have it. 14th August App has stopped downloading from the car, no journeys recorded and it still thinks it is the same charge level as two days ago.
