THE MYDS APP, WITH YOU EVERY DAY
MyDS, the application for DS owners, allows you to connect to your vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your DS driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked DS vehicle is displayed on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks your journeys and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your DS vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyDS application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyDS also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple DS vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby DS dealerships and their contact details.
- DS news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyDS also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with DS Assistance, Contact DS and dealerships.
All DS models are compatible with the MyDS application. However, if your DS is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed., You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Almost completely useless right now. Will not refresh data to current time and date so location of car, mileage left in tank, and trip data all based on position 2 days ago. Send an email to developer support, email response with a link to a Web page that does not exist. But they are really 'sorry' Update 27/08/25 Now app has lost all data. when trying to re add car I get technical error. Useless.

I am extremely disappointed with this app and the service behind it. The app has not worked since day one, making it completely useless. Despite multiple attempts to contact support via email, there has been zero response or acknowledgment. I even took my car to the authorized service center, but they did not fix the problem and still charged me for the visit. This lack of customer care and technical reliability is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money on this app or service.

Absolutely the worst app I have! It simply does not work. "Failed to connect to vehicle" all of the time. Why doesn't it just work? Connects to Bluetooth perfectly for phone use so why is there any problem connecting for data transfer? Started working. Update 23/08/2025 - stopped working again!

For over a week now it reports my car as being where it was 3 days ago. It has the wrong fuel level all the time. It has the wrong mileage and fuel consumption. It has only once worked to remotely turn on the lights and open the doors. It's useless and needs fixing. The car itself is nice. The app is a cheap web-wrapper, not a real app. 1 star for wasting my time.

Good little app. gives enough information and u like being able to adjust the charging and AC but wish I could have the ability to lock and unlock the car. And the location of the car would be good rather than the mobile phone location.

App isn't bad but not great. Layout is pretty dated with links and drop-down menus which could be clearer and easier to navigate. Some features could use improving such as the customisable date filter in journeys. I travelled through Europe and wanted to see that date range but only allows you to filter dates in current month. I also don't see the service carried out by Stellantis and trying to get hold of someone who can look into this has proven difficult. Not bad but needs improvement.
