This app is TERRIBLE!!!! It only works part of the time. Sometimes the prepay order process freezes up after I sign for counseling so I cannot pay ahead of time. When searching for Rx, the date of the fill/refill would be nice on the list screen without having to see 'More details'. A sort function by name/date/number would be awesome. Scrolling through prescription history queries is a time consuming PITA when I'm looking for something. I had a refill just disappear from the system. GRRRRRR!

I used to love this app. It hasn't worked in at least 2 months (since the last "fix"?). In the process of uninstalling and re-installing to see if that works. Please quit fixing what isn't broken! It used to ne easy to use and straightforward. Now it takes you through the signing then closes after telling me it didn't have any cards listed to pay (it had 2 before you fixed it). Then I get notice that this app continues to close and won't let me update the card or pay.

Not the best. So far, the prescriptions have disappeared off the app 3 times. No way to get them back. I call customer service and each time I needed something different to get then to help me. 1st time it was birthday, then they wanted my name and address and phone number. Now it's the rx number. Make up you mind. It's beyond frustrating for the prescriptions to keep disappearing and having to call cust. Service each time. Fix this.

Was good until it wasn't. Loved the app bc I could pay ahead and pick up fast. It just randomly stopped allowing me to log in. I reset my PW several times and still couldn't log in. I uninstalled the app and came here to get more info and see that I can go online. But what's the point of the app if I have to go online every time. I would think whatever bug would be worked out if you see this is happening repeatedly. I really hope this can be fixed as this made life easier.

I love Publix pharmacy, but not this app. It works, but it's quite limited. They could enhance it quite easily and gave the best pharmacy app around. I take a medication that's frequently out of stock. The app doesn't tell me it's out of stock nor when they'll get it. It just says "in progress". From time to time, they will cancel my prescription because they can't get it. Understandable, but I get no notification. It would also be nice to know when it's expected.

Since August this app is terrible. For the longest time my prescriptions weren't even saved, even though I've been with Publix for years and used the app for at least two years. Now it won't save my payment methods and gives a continuous error. Update-yes the errors continue. However, due to the rude employees at the Puublix I frequented, I've changed pharmacies, so this will no longer be an issue for me.
