The app keeps giving me obstructive, redirecting, pop-up ads to their platinum product which I never want to. Like hello??? I buy credits and quota which means I already paid for your app. Yet you keep wasting my time with redirecting me to your ads while I only want to check my subscription. 1/5 don't waste your time on this app. too many ads. buy from ecommerce apps instead.

There are many cheap and cheerful promos if you buy directly in the application, but I once bought a package and paid for it, but the package was never received, even though it was only 5k, it's still quite a bit.

I don't like indosat service, i bought my internet data through an online shop and my SMS said they receive my new data, but i couldn't use it, this has happened twice, it's really a waste of my money, and when i checked it on *885# to see the data i used, they keep said error, why? Afraid they'll get caught stealing my money?

useless app, so many annoying popups. can't top-up this stupid SIM card anywhere, all convenient stores say they can't top up indosat. Carrefour has an internet error, no option to top up online. I have travelled more than 10 countries around Asia and that's the stupidest system I have ever seen. App is not much help if you can't top up. lame.

BAD NETWORK EVER! Bad help center. Just talk with robot, no resolution. Not clearance the problem. Bad apps ever.. Internet so bad as well, digital agent representative very slow respon. so mess up! INDIRA? not a solution, but repeated suggestions ONLY (text book). restart the device many times, but there is no change. especially when it is nearing the end of the package,the NETWORK is MUCH SLOWER than usual. so the quota's remaining is lost.There is no improvement at all.
