​The application is terrible!! There is no option to log in through a user account to cancel/update scheduled appointments (even through the website/web) - no code or SMS is received at all, and it also doesn't advance to a different screen after entering the phone number and filling in the verification field with the letters and numbers. The screen gets stuck on the same thing and doesn't respond when trying again. This must be fixed! A serious disappointment!

how did this app got more than 1 star is beyond me. the interface is horrible, the graphics are horrendous, it crashes when you need it (can't connect to servers), and worse of all - I needed to schedule an appointment in one place and apparently there are no available slots for the next 10 years (I checked every month). it's a joke, no wonder the government uses it.

Worst app I've ever used. Buggy and slow. Appointments are not shown under the appointments list, so they cannot be canceled, i am currently stuck with an appointment for a month from now, when there is one in a week. Also, even though I'm signed in, I have to enter my ID and phone every single time I do something, and it's extremely slow!!! 1 star is too much for it.

TERRIBLE APP! Whoever designed this app should be fired, everytime you search for an appointment, you have to type your I'd and phone number, EVERY SINGLE TIME! The UI is even worse, highlighting dates to give you hope, but when you click on then, there's nothing available. No real search options, no functionality, no nothing. And on top of it all, no appointments until mid JULY, 4 months from now!!!

Useless. Completely useless and buggy. We arrived to location of misrad hapnim on time, but now the app shows the service is unavailable. Moreover, I've got the number in a queue. However, we're waiting here for 30 minutes overtime to no avail. The developers should really work on this app before releasing it to the public.

Something must be wrong! We've been trying to book appointments for days and it displays no availability for months. Also the app takes ages to load. It's very inconvenient, as we have to book appointments many official institutions only through this app.
