Opened new account, deposited funds, and was immediately blocked for "already having an account"-even though password recovery on my email said didn't. Now they've got my money (£8) but won't let me withdraw it because it's under £10. Asked to transfer it to my old account-refused. Only option is giving them ID and bank statements just to get £8 back. Completely unnecessary hoops for sucha small amount. Feels like they trap you, take your money, and make it painful to get it back.

NO NO NO.. When you join on the very first day, all games are lucky, good wins everywhere, in any spin lots winnings. You only cash out, and all games without any winnings are like locked. If you get a free spin, you win 60p. Scammers. Better apps can be found. How many I've played, this is the worst. Often in the middle of the game, when for example you collect some bonuses, an ERROR appears on the screen and you are kicked out, you need to start collecting points again. Idiots! No answers!

Costly. At first it was great and the odds seemed fair. Spend a bit then eventually win a bit. Now I have spent far too much money and have gained very little back. It seems to be on a refusal to pay out no matter how many times you play/pay (I liked the slot machine games and paid ridiculous amount 4 no fair/even decent return on the same game) that's me done. PAID the game long enough to never see the bonus rounds that should have came. I'm out. Plenty more casinos to give my money to.

Disaster to withdraw. Great for winnings, but best of luck trying to withdraw your winnings. I understand trying to verify your ID, but I've been trying for a week and had no luck. Asking for your proof of address and you send a utility bill as stated that it's acceptable but constantly rejects it as an automatic message and won't let you withdraw anything. Every time you send documents, they find something else wrong, basically impossible to verify the account

So I signed up. Deposited money. Cool. Played crazy time and won like 40 euros. So I said great, I'll take it out. Sent them my passport, plus another ID and a utility bill. They wouldn't accept them. The customer service guy actually said and I have a screenshot to prove this, "I've never seen a bill issued in advance so it's not valid". Go elsewhere if you want to play! They make it very hard to take money out intentionally but have no issue with you depositing it.

Games are fine but verification is a huge scam. I won about 250 euro from free spins and some roulette and spent 3 weeks trying to verify my account. Submitted about a dozen documents and contacted support 3/4 times but still get the "verify your account" emails. So I've given up, used the 250 and deleted the app. Would not recommend.
