worst app please don't use this app for bus booking. I booked a ticket to travel to Coimbatore. I reached the boarding point 15 minutes earlier than the given time shown in the RailYatri app. However, the operator said they already passed there when I called them to get a live update. I believe coming early is not more acceptable. At least, bus operators or RailYatri must keep track of such behaviour. when I asked for the refund, they said no refund in this case.

Cancelation not working properly. Thanks for your reply. To clarify more, When I cancel a ticket it displays a message " Your cancelation is being processed. Please check after 10 minutes. But it was not processed even after 40 minutes. I tried changing the network and it didn't work . Then I un-installed and re installed the App. Only then the cancelation happened.

This application has not yet reached a reliable level. While many other applications can accurately pinpoint locations using GPS technology, this application shows the train at the previous station even when it has arrived at the next station.

worst app for booking tickets I booked tickets in tatkal quota and payment was done but when i added my irctc password it started showing your booking is pending even after multiple time and i cant even cancel the booking worst app ever dont use it to book your tickets.. now by the time they will confirm if my ticket is booked or not all the seats will be gone

terrible app i was outside the train & was waiting for the train to arrive at varanasi junction. It showed on The app the train will arrive in 20 minutes as per that I had reached the station& upon reaching i found out that the train has left the station & was reaching deen dayal station. I lost 3000 rs because of this never trust this app
