Quick customer care resolution. But, it's inconvenient that you have to contact customer care everytime there's missing delivery items. The delivery person should update in their app on the actual delivery done. It's very inconvenient for the consumer to check and report missing items, which happens every other day and then the cycle of payment and refunds continues... Disappointed after we subscribed to it for a month or so.

Very bad experience. No COD option and if deivery are missed, they will not deliver the items at all...always demands are high, difficult to get slots. Absolutely not recommended. Edit: I have better things to do rather than wasting time with app support team. For your information, I already discussed details with the support team. It doesn't solve anything other than empty assurance.

Useless app, useless team. You can place an order successfully, wait for it to be delivered for a long time, but nothing will be delivered to you, in the evening finally you will get refund amount in your bbdaily wallet. And then you keep wondering what to do with that amount in your wallet. I will strongly recommend Merakisan daily. Had always received my orders from them.

Poor application, service & customer care.. Be careful while recharging their wallet. In one instance, it took almost 1 week to update the wallet. In the second instance, the money neither got credited in the wallet, nor in my bank account. Sent an email to their appsupport email id with complaint details, still no response. Their delivery service also is not that great..

Thought on services and not so much on app. Services are terrible and poor. They missed delivery just in day 3 of my month long subscription. Talking to customer care, they assured that it will be delivered in 60mins. They did not. They were just happy to refund and no explanation on the issue. Advice to exit this service and stick to regular deliveries.

Update: The 'search' which is important to look for what you want, is a big joke in this app. For example 'fresh cream' which is specific milk product, if searched, displays all creams inuding shaving cream etc! What a stupid functionality! Waste of customers' time Most of the times products chosen are shown unavailable after transfer of money. Cheap strategy to enjoy free money for some days till some other order is placed? Pathetic it can not show the correct status before transfer to wallet
