Worst experience, very poor and unprofessional policies like, 1. No price will be shown before accepting. 2. No value of time nor you will be paid for the distance travelled to pickup. 3. Cheap prices will be paid compared to the other platforms. 4. Also grabs money in the name of commission. In today’s global market, all expect a basic standard of reliability and professionalism—this service does not even meet it. Very Cheap app.

I'm using this app for over a year. It's good for part timer or full timer, But one thing is that the order ringing sound and the vibration are too high. Rapido team please give us some sort of setting to decrease the ringing sound and the vibration like low, medium or high. It will be very very usefull 🙏.

I have been using Rapido for the last four months. I didn't have this kind of problem before, but it happens that when the order is shown in the first second, even if I want to accept it, it doesn't happen and it shows that another captain has taken your order and the app freezes. I wait for hours, 30 minutes, but no order is received. Even if we are in the demand area, the order is not received, so the app freezes. Please solve this and give a new update and fix the bug.

App didn't work properly. It's push to send wrong spelling text from our end and it's show that Rapido riders are illiterate and this is definitely not correct.. also your performance score gets down but not increase after completing multiple trips... If this issue can't be resolved I would request you to please deactivate my rapido account.

The biggest mistake Rapido made in the app is that within seconds of the order arriving, another rider picks up the order before you even see it. As a result, picking up the order as soon as it arrives makes it difficult to see the customer's pick-up location and drop-off location. The order cancellation rate has increased significantly.

The ₹199 weekly subscription for Rapido Captains is too high. Even after buying the plan, GST and extra charges are still deducted. There’s no payment for traveling 3–4 km or more to the pickup point, even though fuel prices are high. It’s becoming really hard for Captains to earn properly. Rapido should reduce subscription charges and provide pickup distance compensation to support drivers better.
