the app is slow. when I check my rewards it will spin constantly. scanning receipts to even qualify for rewards takes a while. it would be nice to get electronic coupons as opposed to the rewards they offer. thankfully they send coupons in the mail. they are checks so you can only use them if you physically go to a store (not easy as a first time parent with a newborn baby. so I order formula delivery & don't really get to use the coupons as often as I'd like). anything is better than nothing!

I haven't been impressed with Enfamil's coupons and rewards program. the formula has been great for our little guy, but the $5 off physical coupon isn't worth the hassle of going into a store and having to go to a manned check out lane to use it (doesn't work half the time anyway). The app itself doesn't have any features I'm interested in other than rewards, and although I've uploaded a dozen receipts, I still haven't received any reward points.

I wish I could give 2½ stars. its a good app when it comes to learning things and checking on milestones that your baby should have. My only issue is loading receipts with enfamil purchases to get rewards. I've uploaded alot and im still at the same amt of rewards. Very disappointed.. I want to use my points so I can cancel my account but everything is sold out so I may just take the loss and just not use the points.

Ok, for baby information, but I have been using this app since last year, and all my points are gone. Also get the continuous loading circle. Also, the app forces you to choose what they want you to have as far as choices in the rewards sections. Fix it, please. I don't mind gathering the points, but when 90% of rewards are sold out, why even have the app itself.

Cool concept to get some "cash back" for buying a necessity for my child to live. I've been using this app for awhile now, but a week ago I submitted several enfamil purchases and I haven't gotten credit for any of them. ATP I no longer have my receipts and a few are past that 30 day window now anyway. Not sure if I just lost all those points or what. Also having to buy the formula for the points, and only getting a rebate off my NEXT formula purchase? come on. just pay us, stop being cheap.

Not only does the app freeze a lot (especially when trying to enter sweepstakes...) but the rebates are not worth going through the company. It takes a long time to get (both in terms of racking up points and receiving the actual coupon reward), they didn't warn me when mine came through, AND it expired so quickly!! You're much better off getting your formula when Target has their "spend $, get $ back" promotions.
