I have been using this app for more than 1years, everything was fine and easy. Since last 45 days I have been unable to open the app, the moment the app will be closed, it's closing. I have called the customer care executives not less than 10 times and reinstalled the app many times, still the issue is not resolved. I don't know what kind of services are provided these days.

Useless app. No good other than viewing transactions. For everything else, you have to call customer service. No option to raise SR for simple things like credit balance refund or billing cycle date change. While SBI Card has greatly improved, RBL has become the old SBI. Exceptionally poor customer service.

I am very much dissatisfied with the app and service provided. There is no customer care contact number available to reach a service executive. Additionally, the company imposes charges for the redemption of points. When seeking clarification, the only response offered is to refer to the terms and conditions. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against applying for an RBL credit card.

I paid bill on due date. Payment deducted but not reflected in card account. This happened twice in last 2 months. I complaint regarding this and payment reflected in credit card account after one week.. but they charged late fees and not ready to refund it. costomer care replied that we can't refund twice late fee within 6 months. I mailed them the screenshot of the payment. But no one revert since last 15 days. Neither they have reply on call nor on mail. poor customer support. This app is wor

Worst service.. I have given request to update my address to get my new card since my older card has expired. they didn't update it. now they cannot deliver the physical card.. I want to see the details of my card in this application, I can't even see that. So I cannot use my limits but I have to pay my bills only.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

excellent app and very easy to use , just one little thing to change like this. after payment settlement of card it must be show zero ( last statement no due or no covert to emi option) but in your app i pay full card payment ( limit show full) but last statement still show pay due.
