Manage your money easily and securely:
• Apply for current, savings, child, teen, premier and student accounts quickly. Eligibility criteria apply.

• Get updates on your credit score and insight on how to improve it. Your credit score data is provided by TransUnion and is only available to customers over 18, with a UK address.

app, or the bank, has become extremely slow over the years. they used to be very quick, streamlined and just generally smooth. transactions used to update your balance pretty much straight away or a day later max. now its increasing frustrating. takes a few days at most and the worse of it is your balance you see on the app does not include your pending transactions. so you need to get a calculater out if you wana know the true reflection. issue is its now more than a day, most times 2-3.

The app has been fine until now however I now have a £750 limit on paying an existing payee details where I change the reference (and no other details). Why? How am I supposed to pay invoices on the go to repeat payees when the payment reference is often the invoice reference? Please fix this immediately NatWest, you've made the app less convenient.

This app used to be great, but poor implementation of multfactor for "security" has now resulted in me not being able to make any payments. i work outside the UK for part of the year. My app is secured with my fingerprint on a non-UK phone. all of a sudden i need to have both my number registered (why, i had to go through verification when i set up the app!?), and it needs to send me a text message (why, app logged in). Cant add a number without a card reader which i do not have. Dreadful.

only a few banks on the list for the direct debit. selected one but still getting the message that selected bank cannot be set for direct debit for some reason. when I want to pay my credit by card it directs me to the browser instead of app for the back I use and is asking me for all the log in details. why not just direct the payment to the app and log in and confirm? I don't even know my account ID. I'm struggling like 30 min now to make that payment even I have already set a direct debit???

This app was fine for me for a long time, until I decided I wanted to change my account type to a reward account. There was seemingly no way to do it, because it wanted a non-natwest account so I could get the switch offer I then used the Cora chat and was advised to follow steps to change the account. Some steps weren't actually options in the apps so I'm guessing it was outdated information. Finally I gave up after Cora itself stopped working and just had a loading screen.

They keep changing the user interface - it used to be fine but the last few updates have just made it worse. It takes several taps to get to payments and the text is smaller. It's hard to know what's going on. And I'm supposed to be a 'tech savvy millennial'. Cheque function is temperamental but I don't need to use this often.
