doesn't open on phone and no Chromecast app. considering the cost I can't believe how bad this is. in 2025 downloading an app should just work. After erasing cache and uninstalling. no matter what I do the app won't open. and I cant even download Rds on Chromecast directly. just terrible.

The app has failed to work on several occasions, it costs a lot for what you get. 20$ a month for essentially tv where Netflix, crave, prime are much cheaper and has no commercials. The commercials would be okay if they put "Sport 30" in the "sur demand" portion as it is right now you need to go to rds info and wait for the top or bottom of the hour if they are showing "Sport 30" that hour. And changing channels is a pain in the ass, it takes forever and it sometimes stops working all together.

Use to work fine, but lately, right after finishing the first article, the adds keep on interrupting everything else. I even have to close it, remove it from memory then restart it. From there, ho back to the beginning of this comment because it starts all over again.

I got this app and paid a subscription to be able to watch games on demand within 24 hrs and it doesn't allow you to do so as advertised!!!!! It seems to be impossible to watch the Habs games after they are done! Very disappointing!

Not really worth the money. No option to stream hockey except in real-time, annoying ads for Subway every time you open the app and not available for firestick or roku. Seems like Bell still thinks everyone should be giving them hundreds of dollars a month for bundled services or they don't want your business.
