Faulty apps. The vendor details is overlapping with my details. Since the quotation price was not reaching min value, I couldnt proceed the payment with the pre-selected voucher so I wanted to remove the voucher but heck! No "Remove voucher" option was provided, resulting to the payment failure. The flow of checking each of the quotes I received was not smooth at all. After I selected Hire, there was no screen showing the confirmation. I need to close and reopen the app

First and last time I am using this. Wanted to try because reviews were good but I was wrong. You can't choose who you want to service and it's only first person to accept the job get. In addition, quotation by service provider is ridiculously. Quoted me for a job at 210 but when complete suddenly say 480 such a ridiculous mark up. Definitely 'NOT RECOMMENDED' to anyone.

Full of listings you can find, which is good and convenient. Apps sometimes lag & don't work well. No option in profile enter contact number which is now grey out showing blank, apps not stable. Apps has no option to write review the bad contractor. Don't use this SG Global Resources this contractor repair my house, half way went missing didn't complete the work. Took 80% payment.

Easy to find contractor to fix the problem, but the system allow others to call even though the job has been done, that's really annoying and some times these people call in the middle of the night. Hope you can apply a job done button to block others call in again. Will give 5 star once the feature is ready.

Made a request but it doesn't appear on My Request page. Received email stating that my request have been accepted but apparently the apps doesn't make it active from the service provider side nor did it state my contact number for them to contact me. The app is very buggy and the contact page returns an error page. I don't recommend using this app

Great experience in getting air cond servicing. Decided to book on Sunday 11pm, and I was not expecting anything on that night. However, I got confirmation within minutes, and the service provider messaged me to confirm timing. The actual air cond servicing was amazing too! The service provider went above and beyond, even going on sawing a grill, moving faulty parts from 1 air cond with another air cond etc. Offered them lunch, but they didn't eat till all work done after 7 hours.
