Horrible experience by cashify. The guys didn't turn up at the right time, and kept harassing afterwards about when they would come. Then they tried their best to downplay the condition of the phone and were least interested in offering a fair price. Avoid at all costs. Its less troublesome to sell it to a nearby dealer for a little bit less money.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! The experience was awful. I had filled up every details correctly in the given form but the final price offered by the pickup person was much lower than originally estimated value. My phone is in excellent condition but the pickup person purposely spotting issue which is not there. So that you can take this phone in lower price. How cheap tricks is this... I will not recommend this app to anyone. And you don't even have customer care number to whom we can talk.

Hassle free, Multiple options to recieve payment....But when your representative comes around to collect item the whole story changes. He rechecks and revalues on the spot and tells you take it or leave it....hence deleted your app...as I went with the latter offer instead of wasting anytime ...Trash it guys it's a good bargain for them not customer . Instead step out negotiate and get yourself a good deal.

Earlier I gave 5 star rating as the experience was really great. I sold laptop & mobile. But after today's experience I have to change all these things. Today I sold another phone. In app, order value was showing 3k. When they picked it up they re-evaluated it & paid me 2k. There was no flaw, nothing -ve at all. They just showed me some colour pill off on the phone body which are basically usage marks. And reduced 1k. That's why cashify is losing its holds bcoz of this scam they're doing.

Absolute rubbish. My device was in perfect condition & during pickup the agent wasn't able to find any faults/scratches, even after relentless tries. The agent says that because its an old phone, the back panel doesn't sound rigid upon tapping so he will have to reduce the price further. I believe he couldn't make up a less sillier excuse to reduce the price. If you guys don't have funds to buy phones with the amount that the app shows, pls stop this show-off and stop wasting consumer's time.
