Your app was working fine few days ago. now it performs extremely poorly: very slow, lags and crashes, and the P2P says it sent a verification OTP to my phone number but it never arrives. I clicked on the customer support button and waited for the call, but received no call. And there's no working support feature in the app. It's basically getting more and more dysfunctional at this point.

Terrible customer service. I don't even want to explain what happened. Just make that app available only for first world countries while you are at it. Edit: I switched to another service. I don't like unprofessionalism. Support staff isn't supposed to be sarcastic and mean. I really regret having submitted whatever issue I had before. Train your staff better.

This app has potential with its clean interface, but the experience has been frustrating. I tried verifying my phone number several times, even with alternative numbers, yet I never received any code. On top of that, the authentication code doesn’t work for setting up 2FA. To make matters worse, I can’t even reach support—every time I open the support section, it just shows errors. I’ve already completed my KYC and everything, but I’m stuck. Please fix these issues.

My major advice for Nigeria users is to stay off this app. Have been on verification for more than 72 hours, you claimed I should verify my phone number and other things which there's no option to do. I really regret using your app so far because I made some deposit but till now have been unable to withdraw and have been unable to contact any support because the options to contact are not also working. I wish I could post screenshots to back up my claims

With the recent update, I noticed that the “Following” feature on Swap is no longer available. This feature was very important to me because it helped me keep track of my completed swaps and transactions. By following them, I could easily monitor when the coins I bought became profitable, allowing me to take timely and appropriate action. Since the feature’s removal, it has been more challenging to track my trades and make quick decisions. I believe restoring it would greatly benefit my trading
