Unreliable for ticket purchases. I twice had to contact customer services to get a refund after buying an in app ticket which then disappeared, absolute rubbish app.

Horrible. When checking schedules, the app always resets the time to the current time. Why? Moreover, there is no way to type the time, and one has to scroll at 5 minute intervals to select the desired time. Developers should learn from Eurail. Their app (Rail Planner) is far better in handling similar tasks.

This app has saved me a lot of time waiting for trains. Occasionally though,.a train comes a few minutes faster than indicated. And it never indicates correctly delays of trains leaving their starting station, like Manresa (R4).

Was working ok for buying tickets, but now am told the new update makes it unavailable for my phone, & I still have a valid ticket purchased that I cannot use. As others comment, web access required for opening ticket, problem in many underground stations; I suggest making a screen capture of your ticket for those occasions, and scan that. The Google play app screen tells me latest update improved access for older versions of Android, but also states (in red) I won't be able to use it any more.

Please make sure the timetables are actually correct!! It's the only function of this app. Today we planned to take the train at 11.30 (as shown on the timetable) but we - and many others - arrived at the station to find the train had actually departed at 11.20. We all had to therefore wait 45 minutes for the next one. Ridiculous.(The times are also incorrect on the main website).
