Ir offers ticket prices that are not available when you are about to pay (the ones available are more expensive...) It gives continued errors. It doesn't synchronized the the calendar when your calendar in a different place, so when I select a certain date, it brings me back to a previous day... A disaster...There is a lot room to improve.

Typical Spanish App... To purchase a train ticket using Renfe app. I must repeat the same purchase process 2 to 3 times for every trip that I need to purchase using Renfe app. Yet in other countries I only have to apply for their train ticket using their app once. Why?

very poor UI, many errors, most bank cards decline this app (it tries to save bank details), purchase the ticket here is a huge problem, and even if the bank accepts the app it shows the error "no seats" at the very last step, I tried many times with same result. And yes, it was working before, fix it!
