The bikes are getting worse and worse. Almost every time there is some kind of a technical issue. Most annoying is the battery. Even if the app shows 9km of range, you can barely ride 3 km with it. Dott is also one of the most expensive services in Berlin. Absolutely not worth it.

Dott was great in Belgium but beyond horrible in London. In Belgium they were well taken care of, plentiful, and the app worked great. In London it was the exact opposite and a huge waste of time and money. The app didn't show no-go zones until you were half way through! Then you had to walk back to exit. Terrible. The worst part was spending 15 minutes trying to get the app to recognize that it was being parked in an approved zone. Very disappointed by the performance and would not recommend.

The app and the overall service is pretty poor. Contact Us page doesn't function at all and their live chat AI might be the worst I've ever come across. No in built navigation on a transport app is an insane oversight. Walked past 5 scooters/bikes over a km distance and they were all either reported broken or out of battery. Ended up wasting time just to end up taking the bus Update: Parking spot had 6 vehicles, all broken or out of battery. Got one that let me use it, and it didn't work

absolutely atrocious I've been using the bikes for about a month and 90 percent of the time there are ride end issues and have to waste my time talking to support to get refunds. Seems highly sketchy that this happens all the time whilst you still have to pay for the minutes. If you manage to get through the infuriatingly useless AI help they might refund. if they are but available they will refund a random amount that's not the amount you overpaid. Reported to trading standards

What a rip-off. Only after buying a pass do they tell you that you also need to add balance as well. Then they tell you to walk the last mile, because f you, we don't serve people over here. And finally they tell you to waste some more time finding the perfect parking spot. I could've bought 5 bus tickets instead. At least I would've known what I'd have bought in that case.

As others are saying, this operator is simply incompetent. More vehicles do not work than do, and some ebikes are dangerously unsafe. When I report a vehicle that is unsafe or does not work, I can see it simply remains available to ride. Very irresponsible. Looking forward to a change of contract and let's hope Dott go bust as soon as possible!
