After a recent update I cannot comment, my keyboard covers the type bar and there is no way to see what I've typed unless I close keyboard. This is ridiculous, I've Uninstalled & reinstalled twice, used a different email to completely do a new account and no one with support knows a damn thing to fix this. If you can build an app with people who know what they are doing then this is garbage.

This app is ridiculous!! They block post about safety animals and then won't let you reply to anything. I contacted them many times as well as the Ring app which said there's no reason for it and to contact the support team as I have several times and they do nothing. they don't care about. safety concerns or animal concerns or they just don't address an issue with posting things.

Unless I'm missing something, there's nothing in this app that I don't already get with my Ring app, so I deleted it. Also, neither app is about community safety. 97.4% of all posts are about missing, found and abandoned pets. The very few "crime" related alerts are like: " I heard a loud noise, I think it was gunfire". Then a few other people say they heard it too. Then you never ever hear any follow-up . Waste of time.

This app does not work! I've tried logging in. It would say "can't do that right now". I tried to set up a neighbor account. It would give me an invalid error. It is easy to set up on one phone only bit not anything more. I would not recommend! I even took screen shots to prove this. I can't even create an account under the neighbors ring app! Maybe the app it too old because I have a brand new Samsung galaxy.

The app is good, but now Ring has unnecessarily started collecting phone numbers from app users. I went to check the app today and I had gotten signed out.. again. Upon trying to sign back in, there's a notice that email verification is no longer supported and they now want a phone number. If they had asked for a phone number initially, this would have been fine. But to require new information to get back into an account I've been using for a long time is unacceptable. Uninstalled.

Good notifications, nice to have local police involved. The app can be used even if you don't have a Ring device. Lots of porch pirates caught on video from front door cams. Floodlight cams can catch license plates, too. If you don't want to know how many people are out there stealing from unlocked cars, or stealing packages that were just delivered, don't install this app.
