Both the previous version of this app and the current 2.0 release are faulty. Their customer service is also subpar. I placed an order, made the payment in advance, yet the app shows no record of my order. When I called customer service, they were completely unaware of the order. They mentioned they would place the order manually, but after three calls and waiting nearly three hours, they still couldn’t confirm it. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Worst possible service! I called them at 09:30 am in the morning and since then they kept me hanging only to cancel my request at 04:45 pm. That too the person in charge (Mr. Limon) never answered my call. I had to find out from their call center. I have elderly citizens at home and needed someone to cook their meals. Now where will I find a replacement at this hour? They are highly unreliable. please don't use their service.

I took their service once from mirpur. service was good. but their app is probably the shittiest app i've ever seen. any random freelancer could make a better app than this with 50$. I would have let the app experience slide though. but suddenly today i saw that mirpur is not listed in their service area any more. there's tikatuli, badda, changkharpul, etc. but not mirpur, and not even mirpur dohs

Worst customer service, they made me wait for 3 days and then later cancelled my request. I have patiently waited but no one ever called though their live chat kept on telling me that someone will call. The live chat is super late to reply all the time. Overall it was a very bad experience and I'll never suggest this app to anyone.

Tried booking a maid multiple times and the app never delivered so far. They seem to be searching for a maid for almost an hour only to report that there's not one available no matter how early you try to book. Very unsatisfactory and disappointing app.

There service is so much frustrating. They have no customer care option. Only we can reach them by chatting with them. They have just emergency call option which is 999 and that is govt. emergency call. What the rubbish is that! Their maid are inexperienced and they can't communicate with their officers of hello task. This is the worst service I have ever had. If one can't do businesses properly, they should stop their business.
