Love this App. Some features that We all expect from this app. 1) Instead of manually entering the address in the Royal Enfield app for navigation, we could have the option to share the location from Google Maps directly to the Royal Enfield app and it simply navigates us to the given location. 2) No option to accept and reject the incoming calls from the Bike Console. 3) Many times app automatic disconnects from the Bike Console, you should have a reliable app. just open and stay connected.

(updated) was facing an issue with the version on my phone (pixel 9, Android 16) where the traffic lines on the map were shown in opposite colors, I gave the review and reported the bug here. i was contacted by Musa from the team and the issue was fixed within a 90 mins. One of the best and quickest supports which i have received. Kudos!! The app overall is good and easy to use.

No point in dropping an email separately. Please check if you are able to book the service or not. I've been trying for the past few days. Additionally, I selected the skip and call back choices. So far, there has been no call from any person. Even though I tried to call, nobody is picking up. And if I went directly to the showroom to receive the service, they would ask for booking details. I am confused about how to book through this app or even call. Completely useless app.

The navigation almost works with minor delays, but is there a way to use it with the screen off? The phone runs hot, and drains battery much faster like 80% faster than using Android Auto. The Dash functionality is limited because of this very reason. Are there any developments to include Android Auto in the Dash? Without that, it is just a beautiful and expensive ODO meter.

After an update When I tried using Tripper Navigation it worked for a second but whenever the display turned off of my phone it stucked and keeps rerouting again and again I tried checking out every permissions of my phone still not helping it's been almost 1 year of facing this issue still not fixed not sure what's wrong I rarely use it now because it ain't relevant on highways kinda unsafe!

What the app is trying to offer is awesome. But there needs to be a lot of improvement. I experience multiple bugs on a daily basis. e.g. I have to connect my bike tripper meter every time I turn it on or going for trip.. it should be bluetooth enabled.. unable to save my location etc.
