This platform don't work. App and web interface suddenly stops working. They won't inform customers, even customer care will not work at that time. When it works it lags. AMO orders get executed at the wrong price. Even after raising ticket they will close it without acknowledging the issue. As if they don't even want to correct the issue. Also they took 2.5k for lifetime free brokerage but now charging brokerage.Not a sign of a good company. Its 4.2 rating on playstore is quite fake.

Loads of improvements needed on this app. 1. Advertised as no charge for Day trade but you need to have lot of surplus money. Once you sell some shares, you don't have that money to reuse till the next session, which is a deal killer 2. It logs you off in between any transaction... pretty random... you might incur financial loss or miss out on potential gain 3. Doesn't show the breakup details of your existing shares, like if you want to know the age of each share, it's not readily available

This app is absolutely terrible! It's extremely lacking when it comes to timely trades. The brokerage account for share trading is a nightmare. Orders don't go through on time, and when I try to place an order at market rate, the price is always higher. To top it off, they trap you with hidden charges. They took one-time brokerage fees of around ₹1500, and now they're demanding regular charges due to increased operational costs. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. Terrible experience! 👎

Worst experience after a year of use! The app freezes, lags badly, and executes orders at higher prices. On Oct 3, 2025, it crashed during market hours—orders failed, one got stuck, and I couldn’t exit my position. Huge loss, zero support, and no responsibility taken. Completely unreliable for option trading. Traders, stay away from this app! 🚫

The customer care executive provided useless and incomplete information. They were focused on getting me to open an account and said it would be activated in 3-4 days. Now, even after 6 days, the account isn’t active. When I checked, they said I need to submit a 6-month bank statement, and it will take another 3-4 days to activate after that. If they had told me this during the account opening process, I wouldn’t have proceeded. The support service is untrained.

1) it doesn't show real time data. then I checked with other brokers real time graph. it's the problem with the app. 2) Trailing stop loss doesn't work as the data doesn't load correctly. 3) when order is placed, it shows the other screen, we have to navigate to orders menu. it's a nightmare to scalpers. 4) while modifying the data, we can't have. long press of backspace to erase the price value, we have to press for each number. I tried several brokers, i loss laks of money bcoz off your app
