The customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Despite writing several emails, I have received no response. For each email, an automated reply is generated which assigns a new ticket ID with the assurance of getting back to us within 24 hours, but this never happens. On the rare occasion that they do reply, they ask for information that is already in their possession rather than providing the solution we asked for.

This is the worst, rather than this I would prefer cable for my TV. And the worst thing is when I try to drop an channel is doesn't and it shows that the channel is already dropped but the price of recharge is same as before dropping and while adding also this happens!!... So I would request you all to deny TATA PLAY and use any other cables. Cables are far better that this. And my overall experience from 1 year is very bad!!!.. Much disappointed with TATA PLAY!!!!.......

I have been having a lot of trouble watching sony set Tv channel for past couple of years. I can't see or hear anything properly.Many times I complain in app but only technican visit option is advice .The first time we took the technician visit option, there charges is very high,they said only ₹250, and after that they came back home and charged an extra amount is ₹500. despite all this the problem started again 15d & even though we called them, they did not pick up or any response.

The worst app and service ever! I took a one year subscription with a setup box installation,initially they said we can watch live tv on mobile through their official app so installed the one. But a month ago my tv lost the display due to which I reached the app for watching live tv.Today while adding sport channels they literally added unnecessary channels on their own without it displaying live tv,I called the customer care no. and they didn't even show concern abt it. HighlyNot recommended!

the app is not so user friendly, it always guides us to go for a higher price option and whenever we want to change to a lesser price option its add lots of extra confusion process with no clear instructions to where to proceed further (nevertheless the help desk was kind to guide through who tried their best to help but with no outcome)

Unable to manage pack or see list of channels Update: I reinstalled it, still not able to even login, kindly fix the issue. Update2: Kindly read all the reviews on this play store, so many issues and you guys are doing nothing. Don't ask us to write an email for same issues.
