While you have done well to hide the phone numbers used for transactions, i still can get the whole number by first forwarding the transaction msg to, say Whatsapp. I wish the numbers can only be accessible on special requests. It should be very difficult to get the numbers.

The app is superb, and it's enjoyable to work with even when the data is depleted. However, there is one concern. It keeps on sending notifications to update the app. These updates no longer appear on my Play Store. How am I supposed to update the safaricom app? Thanks

This app can be very annoying when it won't detect my internet connection. You have to keep selecting either sim data or WiFi but it won't work. The Bill manager also keeps encountering an error where it can't fetch the set up Bills.

Why should the App work only during day time, at night it also goes on sleep mode. You can't access the majority of the service, only feedback is Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. This need to be fixed it's an inconvenience.

App keeps crashing once opened, could you kindly look into it because a couple of people have complained about it dating back to 2023, meaning this is yet to be addressed e.g you click on homefibre it takes time to load then- continuously indicates that "something went wrong" . so it doesn't matter how many times you try ,you get the same message.

After recent updates there seems to be a problem with the bill manager as it keeps formatting all the billing information I feed. sometimes it does not even open I'm forced to go manual which is very frustrating. kindly check on it
