The app is relatively well designed but unfortunately they've hired thousands of the dumbest people on earth to work for them. I've been using the platform for over a year. On average only one in every FIVE paired riders will actually show up after accepting a trip. Many times they will sit in the same place for minutes, call and tell you to cancel, or (my favorite) drive off in some random direction after never bothering to call. They will almost never try and locate you with the GPS and a pin.

Everything about this app perfect and the riders are really good. But I don't know why some cash is always first deducted from the amount deposited yet telecom fees have already been deducted as well.

it's convenient,but I always find it challenging when it comes to rating my rider,whenever am giving stars,the moment I tap I 🌟 it goes automatically how do I reverse it,like today I had one of the most best riders since I last used safe boda, the rider was matovu,I really wanted to give him stars but it just happened
