I have literally saved so much money by having this app. There are items you'll see in the store that are on sale, usually it's a sizable savings too!! So you "clip" the deal by scanning the barcode with the discounted price. It was a bit of a learning curve TBH. But as I've delved even deeper into the app, I'm finding incredible savings and perks. There's delivery available and even a pet club!!! Definitely worth checking this app out.

Slow loading, resource hungry, app hangs often, and that's when or if it loads. Been forced to use web version because app hangs indefinitely early in the loading process...a real time vacuum when wanting to shop here ...dread having to use this app just to make shopping here minimally affordable. Otherwise too over priced for name brand products and foods when compared to other local competitors...that don't require an interaction with any app and they offer much lower prices overall on 99%

The last couple of months, when I click on "no substitutions," nothing happens (the app does not acknowledge my choice). Because of this, I get substitutions for items that I don't want substitutions for. I tried to explain this to customer service and they could not understand what I was explaining. I don't know if you have people from another country answering app questions, but I'd like someone who understands the problem and fixes it.

Love the Saving, Hate the Delivery If you are trying to save on groceries,available this app is great! The rewards system is wonderful since a good chunk of money spent goes towards gas. But the delivery aspect of this app is horrible. The shoppers always say "item not available," and then I go in-store and check, and there is an abundance of said item on the shelf. On top of that, the substitutions offered are nowhere close to the price range or included in the deals of the original item.

I've been using the app for years and always considered it a 4 or 5 star experience. Recently (since a couple of updates), I've been frustrated as when choosing items from my list to add to an order. At the bottom it shows an item as "2 in cart" when it obviously hasn't been added, and if I zero it out it is removed from the list. This happens multiple times during an order and doubles my time and sometimes (like today) results in missing items in the order. Please address this issue. Thanks.

Cannot believe how difficult this app is to see anything. The sale items are posted as a photo of the paper flyer - I have to really zoom in to see meaningful info. Just a total pain. Then the feedback page is set up so that I couldn't see what I was typing - the pop up keyboard covered the feedback box completely. Unless I'm missing 75% of part of this app, I can't believe anybody finds it useful. I certainly can't bear to look at it again.
