Most of the app works alright. The Fursan portion is terrible. The program itself is a nightmare; miles from flights need to be added manually or by request 60% the time. I've lost tens of thousands of miles over the years. The method isn't clear. It runs you in circles with no results. As others say, there's no customer service to help when this fails. There is no info when milage requests are pending/denied. My wife will get miles and I won't despite being on the same flight or vice versa!

I can't sign up for the Alfursan program. I keep getting errors. Please fix this issue. It's been going on for months, and the issue hasn't been fixed yet. لا أستطيع التسجيل في برنامج الفرسان. أستمر في الحصول على أخطاء. يرجى إصلاح هذه المشكلة، فهي مستمرة منذ عدة أشهر ولم يتم حلها بعد.

I have to keep entering my ID/passport details every now then although I am frequent flyer. Sometimes it gives an error message for no reason when you (re) enter your data, and you can't check in online. Not helpful.

please add another payment method, not only with card. we're from Indonesia customers need another payment options in local bank, such as PayPal, ewallet, QRIS, virtual account etc. frustrated I can't make a payment, always failed. have been trying with more than 10 cards (visa & Mastercard) but still problem error SV-ERR-001

The worst airline and app I've ever used. Impossible to register, impossible to check in online. Always "Sorry, something went wrong." I don't recommend it!

Worst airline app, so many other people's bookings come into my trip section and the bid upgrade is all fake and scam. This is a useless app,pity as the airline travelling was good bit everything else with Saudi useless
