Our app makes saving lives even easier and enables you to book or change an appointment in seconds. To use the app you will first need to have signed up online in order to log in. Don’t worry if you haven’t, you can still do this after downloading the app by selecting the Sign up to donate option (available for whole blood donors and plasma donors only). We have simplified the sign up process and within minutes of registering you can instantly sign in and book yourself an appointment slot or even change or cancel your existing appointments. You can also edit your personal details and view your donation history. You will also get an option to receive instant alerts or information updates from us of when we need support for your specific blood group.

This app used to be good, but for close to a year now the app has refused to login. The message is "Sorry, there is a problem with the service. Please try again later. An error occurred while trying to complete the action." I'd already contacted the support team about it and or course didn't hear, but months later with it still being a problem I tried once more and reinstalled and the problem persists. A shame, it really shouldn't be difficult to give a more helpful error or fix the access.

I cannot log in. It displays an error asking me to enter a valid email but it is a valid email and the same one works on the website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and continue to have the problem. there is no way to report an issue in the app unfortunately. At least not without logging in.

Mixed. Basic function works but like most uk govt apps it feeds straight out to a web page. The biggest problem is the faulty interface with Google calendar. Your appointment in the calendar is likely to be put in an hour early. When you're booking months in advance, this really isn't helpful.

the app is really easy to use. holds all the information and has the option to put your appointment into your calendar. if you can't find what you need the number is available to call and the people answering the calls are really helpful and friendly
