App has a lot of issues, sometimes when a wishlist item goes on sale, I get a notification every 5 minutes of the sale, and even removing the item from the wishlist doesn't stop it. and now, I've uploaded some clips from the PS5 and the app just says "not available" after over a week, it looks like it's still in the progress of uploading

Terrible app, not functional at all. I mostly try to use it for transferring captures but that's a total nightmare. First of all it's limited to 3 minutes so any longer video than that and it won't even show up in the app. And even for shorter ones it always gives an error and tells you to try again. And again. And again. Where are ZERO stars when you need them? 👎👎👎

I downloaded this app to be able to browse games and to be able to do family manager stuff instead of having to log in on a computer. This app is good for browsing games but that's it. It constantly says 'the connection to the server has timed out' every time I click on Family Manager or literally anything else under "Playstation Network". This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year for others. It is 2025. we shouldn't be having constant issues like this anymore from a big name like Sony.

Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it

It works...sometimes. But Sony could and should be going above and beyond with this app, not just settling for the basics. One improvement I would really like to see is Widgets. A widget that shows my current friends list, showing who's online and offline and what they are playing, and a widget where I can turn on my ps5 without having to open up the app.

The Playstation App was working great for me for a long time, and now for some reason the Playstation stars feature is gone. When I click where it is SUPPOSED to be, it opens and then quickly closes and gives an error message. I have accrued a lot of points, probably 20-40 Dollars worth. I can't be sure though, as I CAN'T USE THEM. this really does need to be fixed.
