Ameritrade app was so much better. It's nearly impossible for me to open the app and in a glance, see what stocks gained and retreated the most for the day. There's no "combined view" with all holdings from all accounts in one list. You can't easily do any stock research (earnings history, revenue growth, debt, etc). I resolved the "Chart Data Unavailable" error by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

tl;dr, Unintuitive, Confusing, Better options out there. App UI/UX is not user friendly, visually appealing, or intuitive at all. Depositing money goes through 3 steps: Transferred, "Available" (which is a lie), and Cleared (when you can *actually* use it). This isn't clear or intuitive either. Without their sign up bonuses, I don't really see the point in using them. this app leaves a lot to be desired, especially in a market that has so many other half-decent options.

I kind of like it bear in mind I never had the TD version. Yes, it does crash sometimes through out the day and at times at crucial points of making trades. Not good. I think overtime it has gotten better, but one the thing to point out as others have mentioned: In order to go back to say your dashboard something similar you have to press back soo many times and then it asks you to log out. It's 2025, can't you create a cookie crumb thing at the top or bottom? Otherwise, I kind of like it.

App took a huge downturn recently. For whatever reason my graph is set to max instead of the last year how it used to. I displayed it on my desktop the last time I was logged in to show the max and logged out. Didn't think it was gonna have an effect on my app??? Also no dividend chart for whatever reason on the app. Y'all made an update for the worse.

This new app is awful. I've been with Schwab as a Checking Account customer (I own zero stocks!) since 2013 and never had issues. But in this new app, I literally see no option to view my checking account balance! It's all useless metrics about stocks, when I do not own any stocks! The only way I can see my balance is to go to "Transfers" but there is nowhere to view my transaction history there. This is comically poor UI/UX design and I will be closing my account soon.

The app works well. There are some features that would improve it, like being able to see the actual price you paid for a lot instead of the average and controlling reinvestment through the app instead of online. The reason for the 1 star review is that I always get a notification that the app has copied my clipboard when I log in with biometrics. There is no reason for you to be copying my clipboard.
