I actually really like this game. super fun, nostalgic, and I'm enjoying all the variety in planets and missions. A lot of the glitches have gotten fixed, so it's gotten loads better. My #1 problem now is that all the purchase packages are insane. Like, who tf is going to buy a $100 purchase package?! I actually would love to support the game and buy stuff, but would it kill them to make them small??? Like lemme buy some latinum for $10. Or other small $2 -$5 purchase packages!

Game crashes and locks up quite a bit. The only remedy is to restart, but it will happen again. The server will lag from time to time, and it will make gameplay difficult. If everything is working, the game is pretty fun. I have done the troubleshooting and nothing changes. Their Support is AI generated responses that fix nothing for you. There is no human in their support staff.

It's a pretty awful grind: once you start having research that takes days, then it's time to go chill and come back: sort of like a mini-vacation. Characters and ships are nice, just pace yourself with them. I wanted to reinstall to help out a sponsored streamer reach his goals, but the app size in the Play Store did not accurately represent the amount of storage the game needs to be installed. It currently takes 2.5 GB, which is indeed a lot.

It's a fun game. That being said, it's too expensive to play. Buy a ship, can't use it, because what you need to upgrade is a resource you have to mine, and the refinery doesn't give enough refined anything. Too many special "buy at store" objects, trinkets, and otherwise useless items. I get that you want to make money, but it's become ridiculous. When I can't tier up a ship without buying some $100 pack to do it, you've lost me.

Would be better if the current event wasn't a minimum of $20 to get anything worthwhile. So in the mean time, I can send a ship to a system. Takes 12 mins. Log off. 11 mins later. Get killed in a system I wasn't in. By a pay player. Ship only available by paying. 20,000 attack points higher. Not cool. Now, you send a a ship to a quest marker. Do something and ship is in wrong system. Took 5 mins to get there, now 2 more because game is faulty?!

Best case it is waste your time app. Scopely caters to high level players. Allows harassing chat in game and does nothing to improve play for lower players. You can compete if you spend money so if that is your goal have at. Otherwise stay away. Interesting response from Scoply. their idea of fair game play is allowing players 10 to 20 levels higher to attack you. Not really fair game play. when a ship 100 times stronger attacks you there is nothing you can do. So Fair but buy buy buy
