gotta be careful with location as they are not great.. and you cannot communicate with drivers to compromise as well if you used fixed price. if you choose to go to the airport, they will take you there, but will drop you at whatever spot the location points at, and disregard your terminal. So you will have to set your terminal as drop off point from the start, yet somehow they make the general location available to choose. sometimes drivers also add surge charge even using fixed price.

Easy to use, and has promotion info. the problem is I can't schedule more than one ride at a time, and I can't edit my reservation. So, to edit anything in my scheduled reservation (wrong payment method, time, etc) I have to cancel my existing reservation and then create a brand new one. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The ride service itself was great, the driver was on time (early by 20 minutes), the car was comfortable and he drove carefully as well.

Things changes & rarely I had to cancel my orders. Within the past year I had to cancel twice. To my surprise, the exact same experience. 10-15 minutes later the driver showed up. When I told them I've cancelled, they showed me their phone and my order still on their screen. I had to pull down their screen to refresh. My suggestion, please auto refresh every minute. It's unpleasant to deal with drivers lecturing me not to cancel shortly before they arrive, when in reality I've cancelled long ago

The app is great and useful, but sometimes the map isn't mapping.. I choose the location at the LRT Cikunir 1, but it always changed to jl. caman raya number *** (not the real location of lrt) so i had a little argument with the driver because of not the precise location, and also, the drivers call didn't get into me. Please fix this, it feels uncomfortable too, to take a taxi after having an argument.

Usually 5 stars and very dependable. But lately the accuracy needs to be upgraded. Often the pick up location is not accurate, or the real time location of the taxi is not shown accurately, hindering pick up.

Worse app. I have scheduled a trip for the airport the day before. They called me 10 min before pick up time telling me they couldn't pick me up because it was too far and they were not deserving Kuta Area. Why not telling before as I scheduled the car way in advance. I almost missed my flight but I was lucky to find a last min solution but for very expensive !!!! Do not trust them it might be a worst outcome.
