The phone app is very limited in its features for trying to sell tickets and making adjustments to the selling price. Specifically, you cannot use your phone to make price adjustments to an active listing and you can do things like turn on and off the "Smart" flexible pricing options. So you have to switch to the desktop version on your computer to make most adjustments to the sale price. Very disappointing -- I would give zero stars if I had that option.

Very quick to take your $ and very slow to pay your $. I bought tickets to a Dodger game before realizing I wouldn't be able to use them, so I immediately resold them at a small loss. The transaction went through easily, and according to their info, I was expecting to be repaid in two days. But after scrolling through many FAQs and an AI chat response--no live operator option--I am told to expect a payout 3-10 days after the event--more than 2 weeks after selling the tickets. Still waiting.

THIEVES! purchased tickets and a parking pass to an event. never received parking pass although they constantly kept saying it was sent to email. I checked all forms of email, trash, spam, etc. no email was sent. I spoke to SeatGeek 9 times leading up to the event with no help from them. I ended up having to go to another vendor to gain parking passes the day of the event. the day following the event i spoke to a customer service rep and was told they approved a full refund. still waiting.

I'll purchase tix thru the app, it will charge my credit card then an hour later refund my purchase. The email says they were unable to process the tickets. The app says the event "has been rescheduled" when it clearly hasn't. The hilarious thing is when you search the event, seat geek explains in past tense that the event already happened and gives a date that hasn't happened yet. Also can't get a support phone number without tickets that they keep canceling.

AVOID this app when you can! This company doesn't give refunds when their app has a technical issue, I have to provide screenshots as proof.. because I'm supposed somehow anticipate it happening. Customer service is an absolute joke! There is no number to call, the AI support is uselss, and they take a while to get in touch via email, and the responses appear all mixed up in each email its hard to keep track. Also, a lot of events you cant pick specific seats, they advise you buy the whole row.

Whenever I went to buy tickets for a game, I went through all of the purchasing stuff, but when I hit checkout, it informed me that the tickets had already been sold and I needed to buy different ones, which I was totally fine with. But after buying the different tickets, it showed that I had also bought the ones I didnt buy because apparently they didn't exist. So now I had 2 extra tickets that I didnt want and there are ABSOLUTELY 0 refunds even if there was a system error, which is stupid.
