a pathetic app requires all of the permissions (such as nearby devices, make calls, microphone) for no reason. It marketed itself as home healthcare but it has some packages with the same type of services for all categories which are in medical terminology, a common man cannot identify which is for what. as one completes the process it directly asks for payment.

We used it first time yesterday, the application is one of the most needed in present day. We have following suggestions. Each login should have a provision to add other patients account under parent account with their own medical history and appointments records etc. Currently one registration is designed for one patient. To access a past record and prescription should be very easy, right now it took several minutes to find out a record of our last consultation. It can be designed better.

Used this app for the first time as there was an emergency at around 6 a.m and it was quite difficult for me to get to the Hospital. Dr Abeer Hafiz heard me out with patience and advised me accordingly. She also helped me diagnose the illness and reassured that every thing is fine and under control. She showed commendable loyalty to the profession!

Really a nice app for the people who are not able to go out and can't afford the very expensive doctors out there. My experience while consultation is really satisfied. I recommend all of you to please download and register the app.

A great initiative in these days. Few suggestions 1. Prescription should be easily available in the menu. 2. During the signup process selecting the previous year is extremely difficult. Please change the calendar control so it can be easily input.

They are unprofessional doctors. They will end consultation for no reason. Consultation ended right after I explained my symptoms. Don't even bother, it's a waste of time and $. Those wannabes doctors need to go back to doctor school and learn number one rule. It's how to respect and treat their patience.
