I can't keep my child's account on ONLY one tablet. Both of my kids can access their siblings' accounts. Otherwise it's worth the price.

I am having trouble with the app loading on my tablet. Everytime i try to open the app the same screen comes up. It says internet Register and has a spot for product code, and the numbers are already there. Then there is a spot that says Register code and those numbers are filled in also. There are two buttons I can push, the tope one says Wi-Fi Setting and the other says Commit. Wi-Fi is connected properly have no trouble using the Internet. And if I press Commit an error code pops up.

I know its for damn kids but this app has been added to the device i bought and it is part of system default kids space, i want install other kids space app but with limited amount of storage, i decided to use the built in one. I need full customization like the background, movable apps easier by dragging, app icon, music.

the app won't load any of the games. on v5.18.14 when the game tries loading, it just says "resource downloading..." sometimes it gets past this point and then just shows a different loading screen. I've verified that I'm connected to wifi and other apps work fine.

I really wish it was a bit more in depth on the parental management. I really like that I can restrict websites in the default browser, but id really like if it had an ad blocker as certain sites that would otherwise be fine aren't as I don't know what those ads are going to show. I also wonder how much use there is in remote parental control. Location, app being used, app usage statics not just active time. You guys are great but I'm not interested in paying for game apps I want more control.

In iwawa parent app:I upload a kid's profile photo, save it, exit from the app, and when enter again - profile photo is no longer there. Means it's not stored properly and attached to that function. *Note: It's only possible to upload and save this profile photo after rebooting the device. If try to upload and save the kid's photo after using the device for a while, cannot even click button "save", it's not responsive at all. Please fix this bug and release update soon!
